  1. Fix for Connection Manager in OL8/ Podman
  2. Fix for in README files for docker images creation for RAC.
  3. Fix for docker build in OL7.

Validated in 19.3.0/21.3.0 in OL7 for Docker and 21.7.0 in OL8 machines for Podman.
