question about licensing for development environment #2691

hello

we created a docker image of oracle database in version 19.3.0 with the suggested guidelines in that repository.

I would like to understand if this image is covered by the UPL license and can be used for free development and testing environments.

Thanks in advance for any help.

The latest Oracle Free is ideal for development purposes
