README update for placing OPatch zip filename in extensions/patching/patches/one_offs directory #2740

Hi Oracle Team,

Its super nice to have patch oracle image using steps - extensions/patching/patches/one_offs at https://github.com/oracle/docker-images/tree/main/OracleDatabase/SingleInstance#building-patched-container-images but it does says anything about OPatch zip filename if anyone wants their own OPatch zip file.

I observed that, it only works when it give in very specific filename convention.

OPatch zip filename worked for : p6880880_190000_Linux-x86-64.zip ( As I get 6880880.zip from original source )

Please update documentation according to it so it will be to who are trying patch image first time.
