Ideal Graph Visualizer license is GPL 2, but that is not indicated in README.md #7135

The Ideal Graph Visualizer is licensed under the GPL version 2, but that is not indicated in the GraalVM README.md. Given the viral nature of GPL 2, this omission is very serious.

Thanks for pointing this out. We didn't omit the license info in the README.md, we simply forget about this when we open-sourced IGV. I'll get it fixed.
