@JaroslavTulach here is the requested update. I think though, that there is no reason, that I had to do this, as the work is covered by my OCA (which is required according to the contribution guide).

Right. Everything in this repository is covered by OCA and Oracle can re-license it or do anything with it. Anyway thanks for the PR. Maintainers, please merge.

When I did the check whether Classpath exception fully applies I found it amusing that the only significant violation comes from the #2 request. With your PR it is now clear that was just an omission.

However I am hoping that you also speak up (of course only if you want to) on the mailing list and confirm my findings or tell us what else has to be changed in the source files to make it apparent that certain files ... that carry ... the Classpath exception ... header (to paraphrase the license) are actually all the files important for the NetBeans IDE to consume the nb-javac library.

As there is not intention to fix the license, I will not further help with cleaning up licensing.
