Initial release to GitHub

• This repro is still private we are exercising the release process.
• Tests are excluded for now because there is a concern about customers using their paid resources to run the tests.
• Please review all files and let me know if anything should be updated.
• HDFS connector doc page needs some updates for GitHub release, this will allow us to test links.
