Allow Oracle Net Encryption and Checksum Properties

allows the following properties to be passed to the JDBC connection

• oracle.net.encryption_client
• oracle.net.encryption_types_client
• oracle.net.crypto_checksum_client
• oracle.net.crypto_checksum_types_client
