Fixed issues 26-29,31, partial 32 (no nextval), 36, 37, 39.
Issue 35 is possibly fixed, as version is a function now. It should evaluate to either "development", or the number from package.json.
The issues 36 and 37 are tested with constraints.qsql against constraints.sql.
