Rainbowstream Starting Error #309

i tried everything, i still get:

pi@rasp-pihole:~ $ rainbowstream
You are running latest version (1.5.4)

There seems to be a connection problem.
You might want to check your proxy settings (host, port and type)!

any ideas ?
