move lib to src/oor; the files in lib all seem to relate to oor
add pubmed article
rename ohd.owl to ohd-edit.owl (this the current convention)
rename older to archive
move legacy content to archive directory; I doubt the legacy content will be accessed any longer; so moving it to archive to try not to cause confusion
move ohd-2016-06-27 ontologies to archive

@alanruttenberg I'm doing some reorganizing of the repo in preparation for setting up to use ODK. Thought you might want to review before I merge.

Only thing I can think of is making sure if there needs to be adjustments to the purl config.
