add manufactured product #68

Processed material is quite broad. It included both organically and artificially produced materials. So, we need to add a manufactured product class (e.g., see http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ENVO_00003074) to make this distinction.

OBI has manufacturing, the process. manufactured product can be defined as material entity and specified output of some manufacturing. I'd suggest you ask OBI to add this term. It's more properly put in OBI than ENVO. Or see whether OBI wants to add the ENVO term with this definition. Seems more in the scope of OBI than ENVO.

ENVO's axioms for manufactured product are similar:

'material entity' and 'output of' some 'manufacturing process'

Getting manufactured product moved to OBI would require both that:

I don't really have the bandwidth to take on such a task, but others are welcome to do so if they have the time/energy/inclination to do so.
