add 'rdfs:is_defined' by annotation to OHD classes #78

For classes created solely for the OHD (which, currently, all use the OHD_ namespace) add rdfs:isDefinedBy annotation. This will be done during the release process (in the makefile).

Here is an example in which material entity is annotated to include information that it is defined in bfo.owl.
