Include an option to password protect casting similar to AirPlay/Apple TV #381

In our District we are 90% Chromebook and 10% iPads.  The teachers that have 
iPads can mirror to their Apple TV by using Airplay.  When they want to mirror 
they enter the random 4 digit number that appears on the screen so only they 
can mirror to that device.

Right now with Chromecast, there is no authentication like that.  So a teacher 
could cast to their Chromecast, but there is nothing stopping any one else on 
that network from casting to that Chromecast.   Please include some kind of 
authentication, similar to AirPlay that can be used in the classroom.

Yes please! The device is useless in classroom settings right now.
