Support ac-3 audio passthrough with mpl #394

Since chromecast now supports ac-3 audio passthrough, support for it in the 
google mpl would be nice.

Mpl 1.0 still seems to skip ac-3 audio streams from ism manifest.

This support has been added in the recent MPL update. You can check out the

Please note that an E-AC-3 stream will not be enabled by MPL by default, but 
the app can enable it in host.onManifestReady.
