Title not up to date from casted Website #436

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to e.g. https://play.spotify.com/browse
2. start playing a song
3. cast tab to CC
4. change song
5. old website title displayed on CC e.g. "CC is playing: 'old title'" doesn't 
change to actual title

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
actual title

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS: Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 (14B25)
Browser: Chrome 38.0.2125.122
CC: 1.5.0.1773
Extension: 14.1027.0.1

Title is set by the web page itself and not by SDK, this is not an SDK issue.
