Judder playing 50Hz or 24Hz #469

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Buy a Chromecast
2. Play video with 24hz or 50hz
3. Judder every time caus chormecast outputs 60hz

What is the expected output?
24hz or 50hz

What do you see instead?
60hz and Judder

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Neweste - same problem on all firmwares.
