Chromecast sound of out sync

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing any video online
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It used to work fine, I'm not sure what changed, but now when I play video, it 
plays without jitter, but the sound it out of sync. The sound is about 2 
seconds after the video.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.1, latest Chromecast

Please provide more details: What website(s) did you face these issue on? Which 
plugins are used on those websites? Also, please make sure your internet is not 
causing the issue. You can reset your router and reconnect to internet and 
check casting quality. Provide router info too if the issue prevails.
