No TrueHD or AC3 pass through support #547

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable Plex to direct stream truehd or AC3
2.Attempt to cast TrueHD Atmos or AC3 movie to Chromecast via Plex
3. Chromecast reboots

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like truehd and atmos passthrough/bitstream support.  My receiver can 
decode this, Chromecast just needs to pass the bitstream through like a blu ray 
player can do.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
