Ue redesign

In this branch @Prab-khnl and I have completely restyled the python controller GUI to be more usable and efficient. some of these changes include:

• fixing scrolling of ue logs
• add splash screen
• add animations
• fix graph backend to be resource efficient (no longer causes a freeze even with 8 concurrent graphs)
• fix graph styling
• change colors to be more appealiing
