Initial framework goals

cf-ops-automation-broker-framework was initially introduced to provide modular features that would go beyond coab to bring in support for

Current pains

Each OSB endpoint basically need to be wrapped in the framework, e.g. https://github.com/orange-cloudfoundry/cf-ops-automation-broker/commit/320c2687a9074adc2577eca781a98919c69a434a for service instance GET endpoint
Lack of typing (parameters are identified as strings in a shared hash map)
Verbose unit tests manipulating the context keys

Current product focus

COAB would remain on on-demand services and not expand beyond
