With bosh, we can wire jobs on to another. A bosh link can give ip, port or credentials from a link provider to a link consumer.

k3s-server jobs has a k3s-server link provider. Should add:

expose port
expose token
expose master kubeconfig.yml (so agents can also drain without requiring a credhub access)
