[x] handling of orange-prefixed user-provided annotations which can't be indexed as labels: fail fast
[ ] add parameters.x-osb-cmdb.labels.brokered_service_context_platform => now tracked as https://github.com/orange-cloudfoundry/osb-cmdb/issues/131
