Provide manifest.tmpl.yml instead of manifest.yml to users.
Sync broker deploy process test in acceptance test with README.
Removing logic of parsing configuration file (manifest.yml, application.yml) in python in acceptance test, use hard-coded data instead.

@s-bortolussi The change of manifest.yml to manifest.tmpl.yml requires changing release packaging in travis.
