upgrade to stable spring-cloud-cloudfoundry-service-broker dependency #42

Cannot depend on spring-cloud-cloudfoundry-service-broker 1.0.1.SNAPSHOT anymore since it makes our build unpredictable. Since spring-cloud-cloudfoundry-service-broker 1.0.1.RELEASE has not been released yet, we need to force a stable dependency (by the use of jitpack).
