The included Let's Encrypt Craft does not always work #143

I have had some Terramap users reporting having a grey map when trying to view the osm map. This happens when Terramap fails to download the tiles, so I asked them to manually install Let's Encypt Craft and it fixed the problem in all cases.

The error was the following:

[15:00:46] [Client thread/INFO] [letsencryptcraft]: Done, attempting to connect to https://helloworld.letsencrypt.org...
[15:00:47] [Client thread/ERROR] [letsencryptcraft]: An error occurred whilst adding the Let's Encrypt root certificate. I'm afraid you wont be able to access resources with a Let's Encrypt certificate D:

... it continues into forge code at pre-init

None of these user reported missing building outlines, which seams strange to me since the default overpass endoint uses a let's encrypt cert. I realize this is not a lot to go on but there is definitely in problem with the included version of Let's Encypt Craft (which shares its code with the standalone mod, that makes all of this even more mind-boggling). I though it was worth reporting in case it poses a problem in Terra1:1 in the future.
