Dependency cleanup #156

This removes the dependency jars that are currently tracked in version control, and instead downloads the dependencies from their respective repositories like a Gradle project should.

Also did some minor cleanup:

removed broken dependencies section from mcmod.info
bumped MCP mappings to stable_39
bumped shadow plugin from 1.2.3 to 4.0.0

I don't think auto downloading cubic chunks and cwg works very well. See #14. You clearly no more about maven/gradle than me so mabye you could make it work.
