(suggestion) make a bukkit/(spigotmc) plugin #177

I don't want to 'force' my users to download forge etc. so I would apprechiate to do spigot plugins =(is there a way so they can join with vanilla - all working???)

As Terra 1-to-1 Uses Cubic Chunks. I would assume unless someone rewrote a server jar to send and store chunks which was compatible with Vanilla. This would be impossible.
