Water is underground #90

When I go to a location where their should be water it is underground

Can you elaborate? What customize world settings do you have? Do you have advanced water on? Coordinates? Screenshot?

I had the default world setting on the co-ordinates are: 5085256 100 -116799 https://imgur.com/6D09jMj
