Added missing pins to orangecrab_r0.2.1.pcf file under the following names: A4 (G4) - gpio_a4 A5 (T17) - gpio_a5 MOSI (N16) - gpio_mosi MISO (N15) - gpio_miso SDA (C10) - gpio_sda SCL (C9) - gpio_scl

I think same changes can be applied to orangecrab_r0.2.pcf (issue #25), but I can't test it and therefore can't say for sure.
