PCQ Rename

This issue will follow the PCQ rename for this book. Will close #141.

@orangeduck, I am pleased to announce that I believe the preliminary work of the rename is now complete in both the book and source.

Note that this does not include unifying the book and source. So, right now, the examples and source in the book remain there (rather than in a subtree). Pulling them into a subtree (or submodule if you'd prefer that for some reason) is a bit more work. If you'd like that to be done as well before merging, here's the short list of what I see should be done:

• [ ] Extract all examples into the code repo's examples folder (probably including some renames to make them less book-specific)
• [ ] replace src in the book repo with a submodule/subtree of the code repo
• [ ] update the book's build system to use the new paths

I am closing this issue too (I will leave my fork's master branch intact if you would like to manually pull that one too (though I think there's a lot less benefit of that)). It may make sense to add a comment to the book about the rename (in case people want to follow the book using a package with the pcq namespace—like I intend to ☺).
