Fixed broken tag in ch4 #72

Found an error in the epub in chapter 4. iBooks says "error on line 133 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document". I don't have the epub source (tho, maybe I do, since this isn't a normal epub), but I tracked down an error in your html file for ch4, so I'm guessing they're related.

You're right I generate the eBook from the html source using a bunch of scripts. I've uploaded an update with the fix. You should be able to download the updated version using your previous download links, but if they have expired send me a message via e-mail and I can send you some new ones.
