Perhaps CMake will be more convenient...

For now I think I'd like to keep the build system using Make as normal, but I will point anyone towards your fork if they would prefer to use CMake.

This is awesome! I hackily made a Corange Xcode project a while back to browse the code, but Make build systems are always hard to import. CMake would make things much easier – Xcode's jump-to-definition would actually work! :)
