Hi @jgriffithsuk Any possibility try latest release (5.4 at the moment) It seems we added the performance module (for 5.x) in 5.1 version, can you double-check OrangeHRM version also? We will check this further.

also got the same issue while using Fedora distro, i had to switch to Ubuntu

No we were unable too
To many changes / errors in the Database
