Currently fails to build for R1 Plus #7

Build Platform Debian 10. Target board OrangePi R1 Plus

"ERROR: package/libs/libnfnetlink failed to build."

./scripts/feeds were fully updated and upgraded. Same config used to build without issue.

This issue has been fixed with the latest changes to 21.02 thus I am closing it.
