3. Further spreadsheet pre-processing #67

There are a couple of other pre-processing steps we could also do that would make the volunteers lives a bit easier:

a) formatting the results with only the headers we want to publish (Event, Date, Name, Category, Distance, Position, Time) b) group the results by event (each with their own headers) so it's easier to copy paste

With https://github.com/orangespaceman/phx/pull/73 they're now formatted a bit better. Still not grouped by event though
