I made a sub-directory for the frontend code. @nakuliyer, @pascal, and I will be working here for now.

Later, we'll need to clean up the root directory.

Once this is merged, you can work on the tasks I outlined in the READMEs. Coordinate with Pascal for you two to meet and work on this together.
