ERROR! couldn't resolve module/action 'oracle_sql'

Hi, I am trying to use oracle_sql module to run queries using ansible. I have installed Ansible, cx_oracle, and I also have oracle instant client. I am trying to run the below playbook, I am getting the error

ERROR! couldn't resolve module/action 'oracle_sql'. This often indicates a misspelling, missing collection, or incorrect module path.
