Unable to get IP address of network device #97

I can't seem to find the bindings for pyorbbecsdk to get the IP address of a network device. As far as I can tell it is supported in the C++ sdk but just not blinded in the python library.

In the next version, we will encapsulate the interface for configuring the IP address. For now, if you need to modify the IP address, you can use Orbbec Viewer to configure it.
