Text not displaying on screens or buttons

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the client

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see things with text. I see buttons without text and a bunch of 
other things missing formatting

On what operating system?
Windows 7, Latest Chrome

Please provide any additional information below.

Version 23.0.1271.64 m. Could this be a video driver issue? I have no idea 
what's causing it.

I never seen that before. I don't know. 
Now, I'm moving app styles outside GWT application to external CSS file (it 
cause another issues). Mayby this will help.

Is it still an issue for you? Lately there was some CSS changes and it I don't 
know is it helps you.
