Import option to overwrite on import #127

Importing adds to the current configuration. It would be nice to be able to 
overwrite the existing configuration upon import. Currently the only way to 
accomplish this is uninstalling the app, then re-installing.

This was discovered when trying to delete a project by modifying the exported 
json (see related issue 126).
