Clear all output when Clear Form is clicked.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

>>> 1. Open the app and run a request.

>>> 2. Click the Clear Form button.

>>> 3. The output values (status, time, headers, body, etc) are not cleared.

What is the expected output? 

>>> The expected output is to have all output values cleared.

What do you see instead?

>>> What I see instead is that the out values are there.

What version of the product are you using? 

>>> I do not know the version because I could not find a version number in the 
"About" page. However, for temporal reference, note that the most-recent entry 
in the Change Log is "8/4/2012".

On what operating system?

>>> I am running Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

>>> This is a minor issue and, aside from it, the application seems to be 
virtually flawless.
