After your previous version removed. the current one is not usable by us.
Whenever we try to add in our latest chrome browsers. it says "This application
is not supported on this computer. Installation has been disabled." :(

I see the same behavior on my machine too.
I'm currently using
 * Ubuntu 12.10 (Beta) with
 * Gnome 3.6.0 and
 * Kernel 3.5.0-17.
 * Chrome Browser is stable and up-to-date.
Do you need any further information?

This is very wrong!
Application define minimum chrome version to 23. You should not have this
update. Don't know what's going on. Must check if chrome web store has an issue
with this. If it possible I will restore previous version.

Ok that explains why I can't update the extension. The currently stable version
of Google Chrome is IMHO 22 (at least that's advertised by my browser). Thus,
it is logic that the extension won't update. However, I'm not sure what happens
to new users to your application, if the webstore redirects them to version
2.xxx or if they get the same error.

Hmm. I'm wasn't thinking about this. I don't know if web store keeps versions
log and offer previous version for older browsers.
Anyway it should take about a month when version 23 becomes stable. In worst
case scenario no one (with stable chrome) will be able to install the
application :(

P.S.
I haven't understood you in previous post. I thought that you already have an
update and it isn't working for you.

Sorry, but it is impossible to revert to previous version. Data layer is
totally different now and it would be difficult to revert this changes (it
include risk of data loss). That's why I wont revert application to previous
version.
Sorry again, I had not foreseen these problems doing update.
