default content type after selecting request from history

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create POST request with custom content type and send it
2. open history, click on this request (displayed content type is ok), press 
select button
3. after selecting request from history the content type is default 
application/x-www-form-urlencoded

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the modified, custom content type should be set after selecting request from 
history 

On what operating system?
win7

Probably saved encoding now appears in headers list. It is known issue and I'll 
mark it to fix it in nearest update.
