XForm 2.0: support xf:script action #2507

We already support it as <xxf:script> and <xf:action type="javascript">. We should also support it as <xf:script>, unless XForms decides to go with <xf:action>.

So XForms 2.0 is going with <xf:action> and we don't need to support <xf:script>. What we need:

[x] update scripting actions doc to make sure we tell users to use <xf:action> instead of <xxf:script>
[x] once we have speced script parameters in XForms, update doc to allow <xf:param> and <xf:body>
