We need to make it clearer when we are editing a library form:

New form in Form Builder
- Option "Create library form"
- Option "Global library" vs. "App library"
When editing library form, make it clear that it is a library form
- Icon? Different color? Other?
Option to change a form to a library form/to a regular form?
