The primary use case is to enable debugging of Form Builder dialogs.

Q: How to react to a click XForms Inspector "link" at the bottom left of the screen when a dialog is open?
A: Maybe we can do this based on the coordinate of the click being inside the rectangle of the link, if that position is not inside the dialog.
Q: Once we have a way to open the XForms Inspector, how can we make it usable while a dialog is shown?
A: Maybe the XForms Inspector needs to be shown inside the dialog.
