Related suggestion: ability to warn and/or directly set a new app/form name when using "Duplicate" in the Form Builder Summary page. See discussion.

Also maybe warn even if the form is not deployed. Or provide the information about both cases.

[ ] In Form Builder, when users create a form, prevent them to enter or warn them if they enter an existing app/form name.
[ ] In Form Builder, prevent saving (and publishing) if there already is an existing form with the current app/form name.
[ ] On the Form Builder summary page, the duplicate button should ask for another app/form name, and make sure the newly entered app/name doesn't already exist.

+1 from user, and I also put in my answer our latest thinking on how this feature should work.
