This PR is just doing:

Create a better Makefile that iterates over the different subfolders.
Update readme with something more friendly.
Fix an issue with liborbisNFS that didn't allow to install if it was installed previously.
Better description when installing the library

Fine, first steps to standarization.

We need to think in new structure, orbisdev/liborbis header , authors file, we will speak internally to decide the best approach
