This PR fixes the issue #https://github.com/orbisgis/geoclimate/issues/857 due to the new data type used for POS_SOL column.
A new set of unit tests are added to check if the data are well fomated for the version 2.0 and 3.0 series
The road traffic values are improved using the rank of the road.
