The two repositories plugins :

http://devs.orbisgis.org/eclipse-repo that contains released versions and

https://devs.orbisgis.org/eclipse-repo-snapshot/ that contains current snapshot versions

must be updated.

This is a temporary fix for snapshots. We must find a host for release versions ASAP.

OrbisRCP deployement with github action must be re-actived in the CI build.
